§1 The product

Three verbs. That’s the whole product.

01 — POSITION

Position

Every balance, in every bank, under every entity, pulled at the same moment and converted at the same rate. Then added up once.

When a feed is late, we say so. A stale balance is included at its last known value and marked, never quietly carried forward.

  • Intraday and prior-day balances
  • One FX snapshot for the whole position
  • Drill from the figure to the statement line

02 — FORECAST

Forecast

A thirteen-week view built from your actuals, your payables and your receivables, then drawn with its uncertainty showing.

You see the week that gets tight before it arrives, with the payments that cause it listed underneath.

  • Weekly variance against last week’s forecast
  • Minimum-cash buffer per entity
  • Scenarios you can name, save and compare

03 — MOVE

Move

Sweep, fund and pay from the same screen that told you where the cash is. Every release needs two approvers, and the system enforces it.

Each step is time-stamped and kept, so the audit trail is simply a record of what happened.

  • Dual approval, enforced by role
  • Bank-detail changes held for review
  • Every step written to an immutable log

§2 Two paths

Same product. Different first paragraph.

For the CFOControl · audit · time to value

You sign the number, so you should be able to trace it. Every figure in Oarlock opens down to the bank statement line it came from, with the time it arrived.

A.1

A figure you can defend

One position, one FX snapshot, one timestamp. Stale feeds are flagged in the total, not hidden from it.

A.2

Controls that hold

Dual approval is enforced by role. Changes to bank details are held for review. Nobody can approve their own payment.

A.3

A plan with dates in it

Before you sign, you get a rollout plan by entity and by bank, with the dates and named owners on both sides.

§3 Security & controls

Written for the auditor. Readable by everyone else.

§5 Request a demo

Start at the second conversation.

Tell us the shape of your treasury first. Your first call is then about your banks and entities, not a discovery questionnaire.

01We map your banks to connection types before we call.
02We bring a sample position with your entity structure.
03You leave the call with a rollout outline.
