How a project runs.

Three steps. You approve each one before we start the next.

  1. Step 1 Strategy

    We find the one sentence your site must prove, with you, before anyone designs a page.

    You get: a positioning line, a sitemap, a content plan.

  2. Step 2 Design

    Type, colour, motion and story: explored widely, then edited hard.

    You get: the look of your site (type, colour, components), the key pages designed, and a plan for how things move.

  3. Step 3 Build

    Built to stay fast, accessible and sharp on every screen, and documented so your team owns it.

    You get: the live site, an editing system (CMS) if you need one, a measured speed and accessibility report, and a handover.

STUDIO

A small studio, on purpose.

Vivid is a new studio that designs and builds custom websites. Strategy, design and engineering happen under one roof, so the idea you sign off on is the one that ships. We keep the studio small on purpose: you talk directly to the people doing the work.

  • One idea, defended. If a feature doesn't serve the sentence, it goes.

  • Craft you can measure. Speed and accessibility are budgets we set before we design.

  • Straight answers. You'll hear what we think, including "don't build that".
